本日2026年1月13日JR西日本七尾線での活躍の後引退後松任工場で現在の急行色を纏い、その後トキ鉄で４年と少しの期間観光急行と活躍し2026年1月12日、塗装変更のため運用離脱した同車についてですが、なぜか本日2026年1月13日直江津駅構内で堂々留置線のど真ん中で通電している様子が目撃されております
